Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Calm Family Printables.

Our products are digital downloads (PDFs, pictures and ZIP files). No physical product is shipped.

Refunds

Email us within 14 days of your order and we’ll refund you. Write to support@calmfamilyprintables.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.

Polar, our payment partner and merchant of record, processes the refund.

If something is wrong with your order

If a download link doesn’t work, a file won’t open, you received the wrong file or you bought the same product twice, email us and we’ll send a new file or link, or a refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
