Thank you for shopping with Calm Family Printables.

Our products are digital PDF downloads. No physical product is shipped.

Because digital files are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the download link has been sent or accessed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or if a customer decides they no longer need the product after receiving the file.

We want customers to have a fair experience. Please contact us at support@calmfamilyprintables.com if:

• You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
• You received the wrong file.
• Your download link does not work.
• The PDF file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
• There is another issue with your order.

If there is a problem with your digital product, we may provide a replacement file, a new download link, or a refund where appropriate.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout when you contact us.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
