- Choose your Calmlings. One to three helpers; each Wobble names some to try.
- Face the moment. Use the helpers’ tricks when it happens.
- Stamp it Tamed! Add a seal and colour in the brave stars.

You don’t need both: the Complete Collection includes everything in the Starter Set.
In the app
- Spin and flip: each card with a finger, tap it for sparkles, and press Breathe for three slow breaths with it.
- My Calmlings Book: your cards in a book to page through. Each new card is revealed the first time it’s opened.
- Find a card: type an everyday word, like dentist or haircut, to find the card for the moment.
- Bedtime: pick tonight’s card, take slow breaths together and say goodnight. In the evening, the book then sleeps until morning.
- Screen time: a grown-up can set the book to close after 10, 20 or 30 minutes of use in a day. It stays closed until a grown-up opens it again.
- No account, no ads: nothing about your child leaves your device.
- The rest of the book: the cards this set doesn’t include show in it as shadows.
How you get it
- After checkout, copy the licence key from your Polar purchase page (the link is in Polar’s order email).
- Open calmfamilyprintables.com/app on your phone or iPad. On an iPhone or iPad, add it to your Home Screen first (the page shows you how).
- Paste the key there. Calmlings opens in your browser: you won’t find it in an app store.

Is there a Calmlings app?
Yes. Open calmfamilyprintables.com/app on your phone or iPad: ten cards are free there, with nothing to buy and no signup. The Starter Set unlocks its 61 cards and the Complete Collection (and the Complete + All 6 Workbooks bundle) unlocks every card: after you buy, paste the licence key from your Polar purchase page (the link is in Polar’s order email). One key works on up to 5 devices. Add it to your Home Screen and the cards you’ve opened or saved work offline. It runs in your browser, so there’s nothing else to install. The printable PDFs stay on your Polar purchase page.
What do I download?
Two ZIP files. The Digital Pack has every card as a picture, a card viewer that works offline, and the parent guide. The Printable Pack has the A4 and US Letter PDFs and the parent guide. The Start-here sheet, with the nine cards to print first, as A4 and US Letter PDFs. The Calmlings app isn’t a download: it opens at calmfamilyprintables.com/app with your licence key (see “Is there a Calmlings app?” above).

Which currency do I pay in?
Prices show in Australian dollars in Australia, New Zealand dollars in New Zealand, pounds in the UK, Canadian dollars in Canada and euros in most of the euro area, and in US dollars in most other countries. Checkout is by Polar, our payment partner. In the US, Canada and India, any tax that applies is added at checkout. Everywhere else, prices include any GST or VAT that applies.
How do I print them?
Print at 100% or “Actual size”, double-sided and flipped on the long edge, so every card gets the Calmlings back. Each card is 88 mm (3.5 in) tall. The last page is the Tamed! seal sheet.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, print as many as you need, across siblings and years.
What about earned cards?
Your child earns special cards with their first name on them by reaching brave milestones. They’re free: see how to claim one.
Are Calmlings calm-down cards?
Yes. Each Calmling card is a calm-down card, also called a coping skills card: one calming move, like a big slow breath, with a one-line instruction. The Wobble cards are the tricky moments to use them for. Nine calm-down cards are free, and What are Calmlings? has all the facts.
Calmlings cards are educational tools, not therapy or medical advice. Every child is different, so use the cards in whatever way works, alongside the doctors, therapists and teachers who know them.
