NDIS Friendly Resources
Printable resources from one NDIS family to another
I'm a mum of two boys, one neurodivergent, and we're an NDIS family ourselves. Every printable in this shop was built with our family first, and shared with the wider neurodivergent community because the off the shelf tools never quite fit.
If you're navigating NDIS funding for your child, this page is here to help you understand how our resources may be able to support your plan.
Which NDIS budget typically funds printable resources?
Printable educational and therapeutic resources are most often funded under Capacity Building Supports, particularly in these categories:
- Improved Daily Living (CB Daily Activity) — visual schedules, routine cards, chore systems, calm-down tools, social-emotional resources
- Improved Learning (CB Choice and Control) — learning support resources, visual aids, structured routines
- Improved Relationships (CB Relationships) — emotional regulation, big feelings tools, family agreements, communication scripts
The exact category depends on your child's plan goals. If your plan supports building daily living skills, emotional regulation, executive function, or self-management, our printables may be reimbursable.
How to claim a printable resource through NDIS
If you're plan managed — purchase the printable, save the invoice (we email it automatically after checkout), and submit it to your plan manager for reimbursement under the appropriate Capacity Building category.
If you're self-managed — purchase the printable, save the invoice, and claim it directly through the NDIS portal.
If you're agency managed — printable resources purchased directly from us are not currently claimable through agency-managed plans (we are not yet a registered NDIS provider). However, your support coordinator may be able to purchase on your behalf.
Always check with your plan manager first
Every NDIS plan is different. We're not financial advisors and cannot guarantee reimbursement. Before purchasing, please confirm with your plan manager or support coordinator that the resource fits within your child's plan goals and current budget.
