About
Calm for every kind of kid.
Print-at-home PDF workbooks for the daily parenting fight, calm routines, emotional regulation, and screen-time battles. Built for neurotypical and neurodivergent kids alike. NDIS friendly for self- and plan-managed families who need every tool they can get.
How this started
I'm a mum of two boys, 3 and 6, and most days I'm exhausted.
Tantrums. iPad battles. The constant sugar requests. The guilt every time I hand over the tablet just to get five quiet minutes.
My 6 year old is neurodivergent, and the off the shelf parenting tools never quite fit him. The chore charts assumed his brain worked the way mine does. The calm-down posters didn't account for sensory needs. The routine planners expected him to read words, not pictures.
So I started making our own. Things I could print at 4pm when the meltdown was already starting. Something simple my kids would actually pick up.
What started as kitchen-table experiments for our family became Calm Family Printables.
What makes these different
- Built from lived experience. Every workbook was tested in our own house first. If it didn't work for my kids on a hard day, it didn't make it into the shop.
- Designed around co-regulation, not control. The evidence-based approach gentle-parenting experts use to help kids handle big feelings instead of suppress them.
- Made for the brain in front of you. Our flagship Visual Schedule Workbook is built specifically for ADHD, autism, SPD, and visual learners. Every page accounts for executive function gaps, sensory needs, and time-blindness.
- NDIS friendly. If you're an Australian family self-managing or plan-managing your child's NDIS funding, our resources may be claimable under your Capacity Building budget. See our NDIS info page.
- Print at home, instant download. No shipping, no waiting, no shipping costs. Buy at 4pm, print by 4:15.

A note on what we don't do
We're not therapists. We're not doctors. We're not your child's diagnostician. Everything here is educational, designed to support your family's day to day. If you're worried about your child's behaviour, development, or wellbeing, please talk to a qualified professional. From one parent to another, getting that conversation started early is one of the kindest things you can do.
Thanks for being here. I hope these tools bring a little calm to your house too.
